How did Andrea get involved with archery?

This relationship is a bit cruel.

In 2004, Andrea was unfortunately involved in a car accident, resulting in physical disability.

While recovering through exercise, Andrea was introduced to archery. A sport with the Olympic spirit won his heart and inspired his upward fighting spirit.

From the beginning, Andrea used this sport step by step with tenacious perseverance, which enabled him to adapt and improve well in practice. Therefore, he was invited to train with the Greece national team with the aim of improving his Olympic archery (recurve archery) skills to compete in international competitions.

Through these preparations, Andrea took second place and third place in the Greece Para Archery Championship in 2012,

Also won first place able-bodied honors and medals.

Due to some personal reasons, Andrea stopped shooting archery for nearly 10 years. It wasn’t until early 2022 that he started shooting archery again. It is precisely in this way that Andrea became attached to NIKA ARCHERY. He uses Nika's archery equipment. During this period, archery not only restored his physical condition, but also improved his technique at a more mature pace, and his sense of balance was well improved. The second is to return himself 

to his original competitive state, with the goal of continuing his upward trajectory by transcending boundaries. And he always keeps his goals in mind, looking to European competitions to pave the way for the future.

On January 28, 2024 Andrea won the first (in Belgium) Flemish Championship in the "Recurve Men's Open" category.

On February 18, 2024, Andrea successfully won the Belgium Championship of the 2024 Indoor Winter Season.

Really proud of him, and hope he continues to live up to the sun.
